I have never really kept track of how ...Hi Yvonne,<br /><br />I have never really kept track of how many books I read, as I think that if I was keeping a running total and felt in my own mind that I wasn't reading enough, then I would feel pressured to read more books, more quickly.<br /><br />This would be bad for me, because I would then find myself skimming pages, rather than reading them thoroughly word for word, which is what I like to do. <br /><br />The main reason for not adopting the strategy of reading more quickly, would simply be that it would not be so enjoyable. Reading for me is a hobby and should be savoured and enjoyed as such.<br /><br />Since I started blogging one thing has become blatantly obvious, I do tend to read much more slowly and less often than many of my fellow bloggers, who manage to get reviews out on a seemingly daily basis. I am always conscious therefore, that my blog may not have the varied content and as many regular updates as others ... oh well!
