The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Sunday!
This crazy winter weather continues here. Earlier this week we had temps near 60 and it was feeling like spring. Today the temps drastically dropped and now we are under a blizzard watching. We are supposed to get the storm Tuesday and they are already predicting 12-18 inches of snow. Winter won't go away just yet.
I've been reading some good books lately...a nice mix of cozy mysteries and romances. I had a few blog tours this week, but nothing scheduled for next week. After that I have a couple more scheduled and scattered through the next couple of months.
I've been catching up on my TV viewing. I've always been a big fan of Chicago PD, Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. They have now added Chicago Justice and that's just as good as all the other shows. I'm starting to be addicted to crime/law type of shows.
Other than that, it's pretty quiet here. I'm thinking I might get some reading done if we have the blizzard. That's the only good thing about bad weather - more reading time :)
I hope you all have a great week and read many good books!
Yvonne

These books are still on my March schedule:
It's only March :) But then I do not know how it exactly works there ;) Here at least March is winter
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the bad weather! Hope it stick around long - it probably won't. I keep thinking I'll start watching the Chicago shows, but have not yet. Enjoy your 'enforced' reading time! LOL
ReplyDeleteStay safe in the storm and enjoy your reading.
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope your storm isn't too terrible. We are fully into spring, I think, with blossoms and days in the 70s. But there will probably be more rain. But spring rains don't bother me.
ReplyDeleteYour books look tempting.
I have been eyeing those Chicago PD, Fire, and Med shows...but haven't yet watched. I'm definitely curious.
Enjoy your new week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
I find cozy books just right for storm days too. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteLots of great books you got there! I need to start catching up on Chicago PD myself!

I love crime shows. My daughter loves all the Chicago shows too. Sounds like Mother Nature is harassing everyone. Hope your week is a good one.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, this weather though. It was in the 70s earlier last week, and tomorrow it's supposed to snow (though I'm not sure if it will be quite as much as what you stated for your area). Fickle weather! My body is barely hanging on! I just want to stay indoors and read. :D I hope you enjoy all of your new books!
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous week. =)
Check out my STS post!
The eye of Nefertiti sounds like my kind of book!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy all your books :)
