Friendly Fill-Ins - April 26th

This meme is hosted by Four-Legged Furballs and  15andmeowing. Each week they will post four fill-in statements.

Another fun week of fill-ins. Here are my answers to this weeks statements...

1. I got my first cell phone in ... I honestly don't remember. I can't remember a time when I didn't have one.

2. I wish the word diet could be removed from the English language. Going on a diet makes me feel like I'm depriving myself of good food. If I say "way of life" it makes me think I'm doing something that will improve my life. Yes, I'm thinking about losing weight...operative word "thinking".

3. I'll never outgrow eating junk food. It's bad for you, adds weight...things I never worried about when I was younger. But, I can't help myself in indulging now and then.

4. Exercising make(s) me feel old. I can't do everything I used to do.

  1. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I don't like the word diet either as Garfield says, it is die without the t. Have a nice weekend! XO

  2. I got my first cell phone in 2000. I was working 2nd shift and wanted one in case of emergency while driving home in the wee hours.

I agree with your answers to #'s 2&3

I exercise at least 5 times a week. I love it!

  3. I'm yet again late to visit, but I want to thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I'm like you and very much dislike the word "diet". It indeed implies you're depriving your body of what it needs. Living a healthy lifestyle is how I like to think of it. Have a beautiful day!

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
