This sounds like a good cozy mystery. I enjoy mysteries with older characters and this sounds like fun.

So when they are each visited by a messenger pigeon carrying a job offer from none other than the eccentric billionaire of Widow’s Island, Helen Harmon, they have little choice. Even if they have no idea why they’re being offered the job or even what they’re expected to do.
When the women finally meet Helen and are told that she wants them to join her private investigation agency…talk about being gobsmacked. Imagine, private investigators way past their prime.
But what other option do they have? So they’re off to work, and when they’re given their first case, the case of the stolen dead fish, they are sure Helen must be off her rocker. But with nowhere else to go, the women are all in. Even after they find their first suspect dead.
Do the Granny PIs have what it takes to solve their first case? Can they convince the police they had nothing to do with the murder of their suspect? Or will they fail Helen, their client, and most of all…themselves.
