Top Ten Tuesday-Spooky Books

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

This week, the topic is Villains.  I don't really have any favorite villains that I can think of.  So, I tweaked this topic to spooky type books I hope to read in September and October. I figure there are probably villains in each one.  If you click on the cover, it will take you to their Goodreads page and you can read the synopsis of each book.

What's on your list this week?

  1. I loved this list, Yvonne, especially all the books with black cats on the covers.

  4. Good twist to the topic, I think many books have a villain in them.

  5. I am not really the type for spooky books. But I was really anticipating EspĂritu by Aiden Thomas, but Goodreads fooled me. It was in my "new releases for me" list for September 2025, but it's published in September 2026. So, that was an unwelcome surprise when I found out this morning LOL.

    Happy reading!

  12. This is a fantastic list of spooky books for the season! It's so clever how you've created your own theme for Top Ten Tuesday. I've heard great things about *The Wasp Trap* and will have to look into it. Happy spooky reading!
