The Weekend Review - April 13th-15th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend!

The weather is still so changeable.  We go from cold to warm to dry to wet...still, it's better than what others are having in other parts of the country.  I will be happy when spring truly arrives.

I'm very slowly catching up on my reading and TV viewing.  There are just so many great books and shows out there.  It's hard to keep up with everything.

Nothing exciting happening over here.  I've been busy at work, but that's about it.  I hope you've all been having a great weekend and have a great upcoming week!

  2. I'm eager to hear about The Great Pretenders and Park Avenue Summer. I wonder if I will find copies of these at next week's library conference.

The weather has been crazy. I turned on the air conditioner last night and this morning I had to turn on the heat!

Thank you for sharing information about the Sunday Salon!

  3. The weather is a bit special at the moment here. You look outside and think its gorgeous and you go outside and realise it's freezing! Just sunny and freezing. Really weird.
Here's to summer getting a move on!

  4. The weather has been unsettled here as well... but nothing to what it's been in Colorado and the midwest. I'm enjoying the spring flowers when it's not too wet. Have a great week, and enjoy your new books!

  7. It’s autumn here but we are experiencing the same unpredictable weather. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to read/ watch all I’d like to.

    Have a great reading week

  9. Oh I want to read the Great Pretenders! I know what you mean about having a week where nothing much seems to happen. That's a good thing, right?

  10. We had nice weather here earlier, to look at anyway. Sunny, but with a bitter wind. Now it's raining again :-(
    Oh well, perfect curl-up-with-a-book weather!

  11. Love the cover on the Cat chase the Moon. I've seen Park Av around on the blogosphere. Hope when you get to it you like it. Our weather is changeable as well, but... as long as it is not violent like they have had in Texas well its totally okay.

  12. This time of year is absolutely bonkers. I never know how to dress and one day is completely different from another. I'm starting The Missing Years today too and am really looking forward to it! Hope you're having a great week!

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
