This is a fun meme to do hosted by Freda's Voice. If you'd like to join on the fun go to The Friday 56.

It's that simple.
I'm also joining in Book Beginnings on Friday. It's hosted by Rose City Reader.
I'm planning to start reading this one soon...
Beginnings...
Drue turned the key in the ignition and the white Bronco's engine gave a dispirited cough, and then nothing.
"Come on, OJ," Drue muttered, trying again. This time the engine turned over. She gave it some gas and the motor roared to life.
The Friday 56...

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!
After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.

Intriguing 56 but I love how he calls his bronco OJ, brilliant. :-) Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteNo cat? I will pass :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read anything by Mary Kay Andrews, but Sunset Beach looks interesting.
ReplyDeleteI really want to read this author! Her books look so wonderfully summery.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of the cover. Sitting at the beach, warmed by the sun, with nothing to do...My BB and F56 quotes
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried this author yet but I like the sense of humor displayed in the beginning of the book.
