This week, the topic is Books I'd Like to Re-read. I never re-read books. My reasoning is that my TBR is so big with books that I haven't even read once yet. It's the old "too many books, too little time" thing. So for this week's topic, I put my own spin on it. I love series books. These are the first books in my favorite series, and I definitely wouldn't mind re-reading them. These are ten of my favorite series, but there are so many more that I enjoy.
Series: Women's Murder Club
Series: Joe Grey Mysteries
Series: A Magical Cats Mysteries
Series: A Tourist Trap Mystery
Series: A Cat in the Stacks Mystery
Series: Stephanie Plum Mysteries
Series: Detective Whiskers Mysteries
Series: Magical Mystery Book Club
Series: A Cats in Trouble Mystery
Series: A Mrs. Murphy Mystery
What's on your list this week?
One for the Money got me started on that series for years! Thanks for reminding me of the fun.
ReplyDeleteI really need to catch up with this series. I used to get the books on the day they were released and then I just sort of drifted away from it.
DeleteI don't like rereading books for the same reason. Well, that and I feel like it would be a spoiler because I already know how the story ends. LOL!

That's a good point about spoilers. Since I mostly read mysteries and suspense, re-reading them would be kind of boring for me.
DeleteAll (well, almost all) these contain, of course, a cat!
ReplyDeleteOf course :)
Deleteit’s interesting to see all of the different opinions on rereads and whether or not folks do them this week!
ReplyDeleteEveryone has their own take on the subject and it's been fun reading everyone's posts.
DeleteMy sister loves Evanovich. It makes Christmas fairly easy. :D
ReplyDeleteI used to love this series and always made it a priority to read it as soon as it was released. I got away from it though and now I'm really behind.
Deletei love the Tourist Trap Mysteries too! My TTT
ReplyDeleteI love Lynn Cahoon's writing. Another series I have to catch up with.
DeleteThese look so good. I have got One For The Money on my 20 Books of Summer Reading List. I am looking forward to reading it.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!

The early books in this series were some of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it.
DeleteI think this was a great way to go! There are quite a few series I would love to read again as well!
ReplyDeleteI do love my series books :)
DeleteI, too, had a few series on my list. I am however a rereader and is probably why my TBR is never read.
ReplyDeleteThat's my fear about re-reading...not getting to read my TBR. Although, not re-reading isn't helping my TBR anyway. It just keeps getting bigger.
DeleteWhat a neat idea. I agree, there are too many new things to read to keep going back, but a few of the older things I loved for years do keep tugging at me.
ReplyDeleteThat's true. There's always a few memorable books.
DeleteLots of good ones.
ReplyDeleteOf course most of my favorites are with cats :)
DeleteThose early Stephanie Plum books were so good! Can't read the later books any more but such good memories of the early books!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! The early books were the best.
DeleteI just read MURDER PAST DUE, but I didn't love it, unfortunately, so I'm not going to continue with the series. I haven't read any of these others. The Cahoon series looks fun.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
I'm sorry Murder Past Due wasn't for you. I love that series. Yes, the Cahoon series is fun too.
