Book Beginnings...
It's hard to keep secrets from my roommate, especially since my roommate's a ghost.

I opened the fridge, and it looked like a ten-year-old-boy's grocery fantasy. Soda. Pudding. Chocolate milk. Spray cheese. There wasn't a fruit or vegetable in sight, not counting a quarter of a berry pie sitting uncovered, still in a disposable tin, on the middle shelf.
