My Review

Do you love reading cozy mysteries? Have you considered writing your own?  You definitely want to read this updated version of Writing the Cozy Mystery by Nancy J. Cohen.

The author gives an excellent description of what a cozy mystery is and the different sub genres. This book is a great step-by-step guide on everything involved in creating your own book and/or series from planning to marketing and all the steps inbetween.

This book is like having your own personal writing course.  It opens your eyes to all the nuances involved in the writing process. It’s a great motivator to inspire the reader to write their own book.

Writing the Cozy Mystery is the type of book you will want to keep by your side as you take your own writing journey.  I had the audiobook for this and listening to the words, advice and recommendations is a huge help in understanding what is involved.
