The Temptation of Savannah O’Neill by Molly O’Keefe

Harlequin Superromance #1651
August 2010

Genre: Romance

Savannah O’Neill has a reputation of being one of those wild O’Neills, but Savannah has done nothing to deserve the bad rap she’s been getting. She has a dignified job as the local librarian and lives a quiet life with her young daughter and her grandmother. When she hires a sexy handyman, Matt Woods, the town gossips have a field day.

It doesn’t take long before Savannah realizes that Matt isn’t all that he appears to be. He’s keeping secrets and she fears for the safety of her young daughter. Matt starts asking questions about Savannah’s long-absent mother and her suspicions increase. Her first responsibility is to her daughter, but how can she ignore the attraction she feels for this handsome man?

This is the first book in Molly O’Keefe’s mini-series “The Notorious O’Neills” and I enjoyed it very much. It’s a quick read filled with mystery and a wonderful cast of characters. The next two books are about Savannah’s brothers and I’m looking forward to reading them.
