The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Sunday!
I can't believe next week is February already. We're always saying how time flies, but it's really true. I did manage to read 9 books this month, which is good for me. The month isn't over yet so I might get another one in there. I'm not sure :)
I was so saddened by the death of Mary Tyler Moore. I used to love her TV show so much. She will be greatly missed.
Ourt temps have been going from one extreme to another. It's surprising more people aren't getting sick with the fluctuating temps. It's getting cold now, which is really what it is supposed to be, so I can't complain :)
Cold weather always makes me want to read more, so that's a good thing :) Other than that, it's been quiet here which is also a good thing :)
Hope you all have a great reading week!
Yvonne

What was your week like? What are you reading this week?
It's crazy that January is almost over! I feel like I just recovered from Christmas! I was so saddened to hear about Mary Tyler Moore. Her spirit and enthusiasm just radiated from her smile and the world seems like it'll be a little sadder without her. Hope this week is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI think so many of us will miss Mary Tyler Moore. So much a part of our growing up years or mine anyway. Enjoy your new books and stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI actually got sick this week, and I was so stunned with the symptoms that I was in denial for a bit. I hadn't had a cold in years!
ReplyDeleteI miss Mary Tyler Moore, too, and loved her show...and some movies she was in.
Twelve Angry Librarians looks good. Enjoy your week and your books. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

I’ve been reading a lot this month, too. It’s too cold to go outside, and there’s nothing fun to do inside except read.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
This month did fly by. I want to read Twelve Angry Librarians.
ReplyDeleteFebruary puts us that much closer to spring, not that I want to rush time, but am ready for winter to be over. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Nise ... spring is just around the corner, right???
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it will be February. I want this year to rush by...retirement in June! Come see my reading week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteTime is passing entirely too fast....
