The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Sunday! Happy New Year!
Goodbye 2016...Hello 2017! I wish you all a very happy, healthy and safe 2017.
Thanks to some time off from work and TV shows being in reruns for the last couple of weeks, I've been able to catch up on reading. Some full length books, some novellas, some audio...a mix of books.
I was able to reach 100 books for my Goodreads goal and I'll sign up again for 2017.
This year I'm hoping to be able to read a wider range of genres. Mostly I stick with cozy mysteries, but I want to read romance and women's fiction as well. Those are always favorites of mine too. It's always good to branch out a bit.
Other than that, it's been quiet here. I like quiet :) It gives me more time to read :)
I hope you all have a great week and read many good books.
Yvonne

2016 flew by! I'm also doing the Goodreads challenge, though probably no others. I now have several Shalvis books and clearly the universe is telling me that I need to start reading her work. :D I hope you enjoy all of your new books, Yvonne!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year. =)
Check out my STS post!
I love that you plan out all of your books to read beforehand; I'm a mood reader, so I'm not as organized. :D
ReplyDeleteThe eclair book is also making me curious (and hungry).
My Stacking the Shelves
Happy New Year! I really hope you enjoy Leonard, such a loss.
ReplyDeleteI've heard great things about "Accidentally on Purpose." I want to read it, but I have this need to start all series at the first book!
