Sunday/Monday Posts - March 19th and 20th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Sunday!

I hope you all had a great week.  Once again it's been weird weather...snow, sleet and sun.  Monday will be spring and I'm hoping the weather acts like spring.  LOL

I haven't been reading alot, but the books I've read I've been enjoying.  Thanks to being part of the blogging world, I've discovered so many new-to-me authors.  If it wasn't for blogging, I probably would never have learned of them.  Has it been the same for you?

I started watching the new TV show Taken.  I'm really liking it very much.  Also, I'm glad Criminal Minds: Beyond the Borders is back.  I always enjoy Gary Sinise's work.  He's so good.  I just discovered that my DVR didn't save the first few episodes of the new season of Colony.  So, I will have to wait to watch this season when it's on Netflix.  Season 1 is on there, so I'm hoping season 2 will be also.

I'm looking forward to the nice weather starting and reading many good books.  I hope you all have a great week!

Yvonne

  5. I'm exactly the same way with blogging and authors. There's so many authors and genres I wouldn't have tried without blogging. I'm super excited about Criminal Minds Beyond Borders too! I love it! I'm hoping that it'll come back for a third season and hopefully a full length one at that. Have a great week!

  6. It's the same for me, if it wasn't for blogging I probably wouldn't have found half the authors I read now and I am always finding new ones all the time.

Have a great week and happy reading!

  13. Smugglers and Scones looks very inviting! Yes the blogging world opened up many new authors to me, I think of Cathy Lamb and Karen White as two I had never heard of until I got into blogs. Many more as well.
