Synopsis from Goodreads:
This comprehensive cat care guide from the star of the hit Animal Planet show "My Cat from Hell," Jackson Galaxy, shows us how to eliminate feline behavioral problems by understanding cats' instinctive behavior.
Cat Mojo is the confidence that cats exhibit when they are at ease in their environment and in touch with their natural instincts--to hunt, catch, kill, eat, groom, and sleep. Problems such as litter box avoidance and aggression arise when cats lack this confidence. Jackson Galaxy's number one piece of advice to his clients is to help their cats harness their mojo.
This book is his most comprehensive guide yet to cat behavior and basic cat care, rooted in understanding cats better. From getting kittens off to the right start socially, to taking care of cats in their senior years, and everything in between, this book addresses the head-to-toe physical and emotional needs of cats--whether related to grooming, nutrition, play, or stress-free trips to the vet.
My Review
I love Jackson Galaxy’s TV show, “My Cat From Hell”. He always has the best advice for feline parents. When I saw this available at the library as an audio book, I had to get it.
The info Galaxy gives is invaluable. Some information I already knew, but there were some new tidbits. He touches on every subject from feeding to litterboxes to play time with the kitties. Anyone who lives with cats would appreciate this book.
It’s easy listening. My one complaint was that I wish Jackson Galaxy had narrated this himself. I was disappointed not to hear his voice, but it’s still a fun book to listen to. I’m looking forward to reading more from him.

Disclosure: I borrowed this one from the library. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.
I have watched this :D Though the latest ep annoyed me. The cat had not done anything, but the owners were afraid he would. Galaxy seemed to think they were silly too ;)
ReplyDeleteI am a dog lover, but I have watched Jackson's TV show and love it. I bet it would have been great to listen to it in his voice.
