Sunday/Monday Posts - April 1st and 2nd

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend! Happy Easter! Happy Passover!

I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend.  The sun is finally shining here.

Not too much is going on around here.  My reading has seemed to slowed down, although my getting Kindle freebies has not :)  I keep adding to my collection.  Now to find the time to read them.  Problem is I have so many blog tours, I can't read books on my own shelf but I'm hoping that will change soon.  I'm cutting back on blog tours which hopefully will give me a chance to read some books on my own shelf.  You all know how difficult it can be to juggle these things.

I'm also behind on my TV viewing.  The only thing I seem to keep up with is Survivor.  I did catch up on The Walking Dead.

Like I said, not much else is happening.  I'm just hoping to get more reading in this week.  I started reading The Broken Girls and I'm already halfway through it.  It's really good.

Hope you all have a great week and a great holiday, if you are celebrating.

Yvonne

  14. Happy Easter to you too :) yes, cutting down on blog tours can be a great chance to wind down. It's good to read some of your owned books :) Have a great April!

  15. It's always so much easier to find time to ADD books than to find time to READ them.

  16. Blog tours and reviews are great but sometimes the hankering for reading our own books calls to us. Lovely Kindle freebies, I rarely go looking for them because I know I already have so much to read!

  17. I've been cutting down on blog tours a bit for the same reason. I have so many books that I need to get read. Yay for sun! It rained all last week but it looks like we'll actually see the sun again for a few days. Have a great week!
