The Friday 56

This is a fun meme to do hosted by Freda's Voice. If you'd like to join on the fun go to The Friday 56.

*Grab a book, any book.
*Turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader.
*Find any sentence that grabs you.
*Post it.

It's that simple.

This week I'm reading...

From 56% on my Kindle...

"Like Drayton always says, it's never too early to start worrying about tomorrow."

  1. Drayton must be a worry wort. :-) Happy weekend!

  2. I wanted to request this one but was worried about jumping into an existing series. I like the 56 though. This week I am spotlighting The Broken Girls by Simone St. James. Happy reading!

  3. Great excerpt! I do tend to worry about tomorrow...LOL.

Enjoy...and here's mine: “THE PERFECT NANNY”

  4. Fancy cover! Since I tend to worry myself, I can definitely relate to the excerpt. This sounds like a book (and series) I'd enjoy.
My Friday post features Before We Were Yours.

  5. Sounds like me...LOL. I have this on my want to read list, I hope you are enjoying this!!

  6. One thing is sure: I wouldn't want to be Drayton XD Happy reading!

    My Friday post

  7. Looks interesting. Have a nice weekend!

  8. Great 56, I worry about tomorrow all the time lol. Have a great weekend!

  9. I just finished this one and really enjoyed it! I love Laura Childs though I'm a bunch of books behind in this series. And I'm definitely with Drayton on the worrying. Hope you're enjoying it!

  10. I read one of the books in this series. What number is it up to now? :)
