The Weekend Review - November 9th-11th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend!

I've been getting more and more back into the swing of things as far as blogging goes.  I'm trying to divide my unpacking (which is going very slowly) with my other interests.  I guess I'm trying to give myself a bit of a break now and then.

I've been reading some good books and it looks like there are plenty more good books on my horizon.  I'm slowly catching up on my TV viewing but that will take time.  I've been more interested in reading than watching TV these days.  Not a bad thing :)

Not too much happening around here.  How about you?  Anything new?  Hope you all have a great week!

  2. I've been reading more than watching the telly too. That will probably change now that I've read many of my holiday themed books and there are some great Hallmark movies to catch!

  10. Glad to hear you're settling in. That always takes some time.

Great selection of books this week; so many cute ones. I enjoyed Christmas from the Heart. Hope you do, too.

My plan for this week is to keep organizing my books. Hope you have a great one.

  11. You do have some good looking books to read, and I also vote for more reading and less unpacking. That can be done slowly. LOL.

Enjoy your week, and thanks for visiting my blog.

  13. Yes TV can compete with our reading time. Nice that reading is winning at times. I find it depends how I feel. If I am tired then TV wins out!

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
