The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
Goodbye to February and hello to March! February is leaving us with severe thunderstorms. There was even hail. Unfortunately, we were in the car at the time, but we got through it fine.
Overall, a quiet week for me. I only finished one book but had a few TV shows to watch. Survivor came back with a 3-hour episode, and it was pretty good. Scrubs came back with a revival with the original cast and I enjoyed that too. I, also, watched The Pitt but I'm behind with Fire Country, Sheriff Country and Boston Blue. All of a sudden, my TV schedule became full.
Not much else going on around here. I'm hoping to catch up with my reading. I hope everyone has a great week!

I heard Scrubs was coming back. Watch some of the original but never got in to it.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoyed the original and, so far, the reboot is good.
DeleteI like your variety of books and mysteries. I have Missing Sister to read also.

Missing Sister will probably be my next book. It looks good.
DeleteI'm glad to hear you are enjoying your shows. The only tv show I'm watching right now is the new comedy The Rise and fall of reggie dinkins. its really funny.

I haven't seen that one yet.
DeleteI hadn't realised there was a Scrubs revival! I never watched a lot of it, but I always heard doctors found it the most accurate medical show, hahaha.
ReplyDeleteLOL I don't know how accurate it is but it's funny.
DeleteHope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I hope you have a great week too!
DeleteWe have been watching The Pitt during the last few weeks. It's bleak, but it also feels very realistic.
ReplyDeleteStakeouts and Strollers sounds intriguing!
The Pitt can really get intense but it's a good show.
DeleteI am excited about Scrubs but have had the time to check it out yet. The Pitt is great.
ReplyDeleteThe Pitt is fast becoming one of my favorites.
DeleteMarch came in with a light dusting of snow, LOL! I think I will take that over severe thunderstorms. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Have a great week!
DeleteIt sounds like you are staying busy. Enjoy your week!
ReplyDeleteThanks. Have a great week!
DeleteI watched so much TV last week with the Olympics, this week I only watched the last 4 episodes of season 4 of Bridgerton. Have a great week, Yvonne.
ReplyDeleteSomeday I hope to watch and/or read Bridgerton. I haven't had a chance yet. Have a great week!
DeleteWe are glad the Friday night lineup is back on tv. :) XO
ReplyDeleteI just watched Fire and Sheriff Country. Both were really good.
DeleteHail storms can be a bit scary especially if the ice is large pieces. Sounds like you have lots of TV shows on the go, which is always nice. Looks like some cute romance books.
ReplyDeleteI usually prefer mysteries, but lately I've been wanting to read romances. The hail was a flukey kind of thing. Today we are back to hot and humid.
DeleteI am glad when things get back to normal after the Olumpics
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Missing Sister, just have to write my review.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy reading week
Sounds like you have a nice assortment of television to watch. I'm just watching The Voice and Braves baseball. I like Stakeouts and Strollers and hope you do too. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteGlad you made it through the hailstorm. Weather is so wacky these days. Looks like a ton of great books for you. Enjoy!
