Sunday/Monday Posts - February 26th and 27th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Sunday!

What lovely weather we are having in New York.  It feels like spring already, but I do know winter can still give us a couple of surprises.  For now, I'm enjoying the warm 70 degree weather.

I read two books this week which is average for me.  February left me with quite a few unread books, but my intention is still to read them.  As you can see below, I had to get my March books in order and there are some good ones coming.

I'm looking forward to the Oscars tomorrow.  For the first time I've actually seen most of the movies.  I think there are just two I haven't seen yet.  One of which is La La Land which everyone is predicting to win it all.

So, what have you all been up to?  Read anything good?  See any good movies or TV shows?

I'm still listening to...

March is almost here.  This is what my reading schedule is looking like (subject to change, of course):

February went by so fast so I didn't get to finish the books I wanted to read.  But, these are still books I plan to read in the coming months.

  1. Winter is back, but will surely be gone soon

  2. I see a lot of books that caught my eye.
    Happy Reading!

  3. I think ELEMENTARY SHE READS looks good and I'm enjoying listening to I SEE YOU. Have a good week!

  4. Great looking books! I enjoyed I See You...and I'm ogling Elementary, She Read.

I have only seen Jackie, Manchester by the Sea, and Hidden Figures. I might try to see Fences On Demand today.

Enjoy your week. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  5. Enjoy the weather. I hear you on the reading! Hope you get to the books you need to read and enjoy them!

  6. I want to read By Familiar Means. I think you will enjoy Death By Chocolate Lab. I finished it this month and it's a strong start to a new series. Enjoy the Oscars tonight!

  7. Wow! That's a lot of great books you got for March! I'm not sure if I'll be watching the Oscars, but I'm interested in seeing who will win this year!

    Here’s my Sunday Post!

  10. It's been nice here but then turned cold, but suppose to be nice again. :)

I am like you, lots of books didn't get read but it's time to move on to next month and try and fit the others in as I can. :)

    Have a great week!
    Week in Review

  11. I have Starlight Bridge and really need to read it. It looks really good but I had other commitments and it kind of got pushed to the side. All of your books coming up and the ones you didn't get around to look amazing! I have a few but I want the rest! Enjoy the weather and have a great week!

  12. Looks like you found lots of books with cats in them, all those interest me. I want to see Laa Laa Land too, but will have to wait for the dvd.

  13. It's already cold again here -- but I like the look of all those cozies.

  14. I See You is on my list but some of these cozies look really good.

  15. Lots of interesting titles here. I hope the weather holds good in your area.

  16. I've been watching Big Little Lies, mostly. And enjoying the weather as well! We didn't quite hit 70 but came close, last week.

So many fun cozies. Elementary, She Read looks good. :)
