This week's question...

It is November 11th, known here in the U.S. as Veteran’s Day, formerly Armistice Day to remember the end of WWI but expanded to honor all veterans who have fought for their country, so …

Do you read war stories? Fictional ones? Histories?

My answer...

Not really. I'm not big on reading historical type of books either non-fiction or fiction. Although there have been some fictional books set around WWI or WWII that I've enjoyed. Usually they are books by Dorothy Garlock.

  5. I only read fictional ones. The White Queen, The Red Queen, and some Civil War books.

  6. Haven't read or, really even heard of, Garlock. I, like most, don't seek out war books but have found that some of my favorites are actully, ina round about way, commentary on war and social conflict. It's been really interesting to read the different responses and interpretations, today. Oh and I adore your photo response. ;O)

  7. I haven't read anything of Garlock yet. I think I should look up some of the works of this author.
