Sunday/Monday Posts - November 12th and 13th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend Everyone!

Brrr....it's been so cold this week.  Next week we're supposed to go up to the mid 50's and that will feel like a heatwave.  Only a week or so ago it was in the mid 60's.    The cold weather usually makes nice reading weather though.  Unfortunately, not this week for me.  The book I'm currently reading is really good.  It's just that I haven't found enough reading time this week.  Hopefully that will change.

My blog has still been hopping with blog tours, though.  Next week is going to be a busy one too.  After that I'm planning to slow down a bit at least until the end of the year :)

I'm putting together the three reading challenges I host each year.  I'm planning to host all three in 2018 as well - Crusin' Thru the Cozies, What An Animal Reading Challenge, and The Purrfect Reading Challenge.  I might not even be able to complete my how reading challenges this year, but I do enjoy doing them.

My TV viewing has suffered as much as my reading this week.  I'm way behind and hoping to do a bit of catch up today, but first need to do house stuff.

I hope you all are having a great week!

Yvonne

  5. It's a bit cooler here but still able to wear shorts and t=shirt. I plan to slow down on my blog around Thanksgiving. Got company coming down for the winter and lots of events planned. Loving your books. Willow Rose can creep you out and Bones To Pick was a lot of laughs.

  12. We are also supposed to have a bit of a warm up later this week which might be a mixed blessing if we get a rain/snow mix. I've been working of review books and exploring TBR mountain while filling my December calendar. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
