Top Ten Tuesday - Bookish Places I’ve Visited

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

This week's topic is Bookish Places I’ve Visited (Share all the cool places you’ve been that are bookish or tied to books! This includes neat libraries, book stores, places featured in books, places inspired by books, author homes/places they’ve stayed, etc. You can also share your bucket list of the bookish places you’d like to visit someday.) (submitted by Susan @Bloggin’ ’bout Books)

I couldn't think of anything for this topic. So, I'm kind of tweaking it a bit. I chose ten books that I've read that were set in US states that I've been to. I know I won't get a chance to visit all the states, but I always enjoy seeing how many places I've actually been to.  So, here are books I've read set in states that I've visited or lived in...

If you click on the title, it will take you to their Goodreads page.

What's on your list this week?

  1. I just did an activity today about books set in all the states. I haven't visited many of the states myself however. I've visited all the Western States including Alaska and Hawaii, a few states on the East Coast, including Florida, and very few in the middle or the South.

  3. I love this twist there's been so many books that have made me want to visit different states. There's so much more of the US I want to see and that's largely down to books 😂

  15. I've visited almost all of the states in person, except for all the Northeastern ones. I hope to get to all of them in person some day.

  17. Nice! I like your twist on the topic. I've been to a lot of the states, including all of the ones on your list. I only have about a dozen or so to go.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
