Sunday Salon - The January Wrap Up!

I really can't believe January is already over and February has arrived. I do hope we get nicer weather for February than we did January, but they are already talking about snow during the week. It doesn't sound like we will get much, but you know how those forecasts can be.

I had a great January and a great start to my 2009 reading. Here's what
I read:

Gods Behaving Badly by Marie Phillips
Doggone by Gabriella Herkert
The Secret Between Us by Barbara Delinsky (audio)
Sundays at Tiffany's by James Patterson
Texas-Sized Secrets by Elle James
Sofie Metropolis by Tori Carrington (audio)
Silent Guardian by Mallory Kane
Plum Lucky by Janet Evanovich
Familiar Double by Caroline Burnes

The reviews are all on my blog already.

I saw a great movie this weekend. It's on DVD "Lakeview Terrace" with Samuel L. Jackson. It was a suspense type of movie and just the kind I enjoy.

I'm not sure what this week will bring, but I'm starting off by reading Duplicity Dogged The Dachshund by Blaize Clement. It's part of her "A Dixie Hemingway Mystery" series.

I hope everyone has a great week!

  2. I wish I'd read half as many books as you in January. Argh!!!

I want to see Lakeview Terrace, too. I just saw Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino. Great stuff!

  5. I am looking forward to reading Gods Behaving Badly and Plum Lucky. :-)

I am glad you enjoyed Lakeview Terrace. I wasn't too interested in seeing that one in the theater, but I'll probably rent the movie from netflix now that it's out on DVD.

    Have a great week, Yvonne!
