This week's question...

A while ago, I interviewed my readers for a change, and my final question was, “What question have I NOT asked at BTT that you’d love me to ask?” I got some great responses and will be picking out some of the questions from time to time to ask the rest of you. Like now.

heidenkind asks:

Have you ever read a random book left in a waiting room or on a park bench, etc., and did you like it?

My answer...

I have so many of my own books, that I can't see me ever picking up a random book. I always carry a book with me (or my Nook). The most I would do is note a title or cover if it interests me and keep it in mind for a later date, but I wouldn't just pick it up and start reading. I'm very methodical in what I choose to read and when. LOL

    Me too. It would be very unlike me to pick up a book I found somewhere, and start reading it. In fact, I probably wouldn't even notice it -- I'd be reading my own book.

    I always carry my own books with me too. And I don't think I've ever found a book unattended.

    I always have a book with me too. I think even if I didn't I wouldn't pick up a random book. What if I liked and had to leave it there?
