The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
Happy Sunday Everyone!
For those having a three day holiday weekend, I hope you are enjoying it. Most of our weekend has been filled with rain, but I'm hoping that means more reading time for me :)
I changed the comment format here and I'm using Disquis now. What do you think? Please vote in the poll on my sidebar about this. I want to know what everyone thinks. Commenting with Disquis makes it a bit easier to comment to everyone. It's really easy to comment using Disquis. For those who don't know, you can use your accounts through Disquis, Facebook, Twitter or Google. Or you can type in a name, use your email address and a password...OR....you can click the box that says "I'd rather post as a guest", you type in your comment, choose a name and put in your email address. Your email address isn't posted. I've seen many blogs using this system and it looked good to me.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and a great week to come!

What was your week like?
The only problem I have with Disqus is that it frequently has trouble loading comments.Other than that I think it's fine.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the feedback, Bea. It's hard to know what it's like for someone else. Sometimes it takes a couple of seconds to load the comments.
ReplyDeleteWell you know I love Disqus, and with big sites like NetGalley and B&N using it, it keeps getting better. I am part of a group of sites that works with the testing team on new ideas and improvements they are working on, so I make sure I think about what bloggers want to see. Looks like you have some great things ahead on the blog. Hoping you get to read in the sun tomorrow! http://www.caffeinatedbookreviewer.com/2013/05/the-sunday-post-57-sharing-blog-news.html
ReplyDeleteI like Disqus, even if it has just forced me to sign-up properly *pokes it*.
ReplyDeleteI really liked the pic you used for your Cat Thursday post. Thanks for sharing your week :)
Disqus works pretty good, and it is easy to comment on. Enjoy your weekend. :)

We've got a cold rainy weekend here as well.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the Disqus commenting system myself.

It's just finally clearing up a little bit where I live, but it was freezing here this weekend.
ReplyDeleteAs for disqus, it's always worked really well for me when I've used it.
Looks like you had a great week here! Happy Reading!
I'm giving it a shot.
