Friendly Fill-Ins - August 12th

This meme is hosted by Ann at McGuffy's Reader and Ellen at 15andmeowing. Each week they will post four fill-in statements.

Here are my answers...

WEEK 14: August 12, 2016

1. My nickname is I don't have any nickname. I just go by Yvonne.

2. The first thing I ever won was a book.  I don't remember which one, but I remember it was a book :)

3. I have never been to Hawaii.  I'd love to go there.

4. Next year will be better.  Maybe I'll even go to Hawaii :)

  1. Thank you for participating, great answers.I love to win books, I win them from Goodreads quite often. I hope you get to go to Hawaii next year.

    1. Ellen, how do you win books from Goodreads? I didn't know you could win books from them.

  2. Fingers crossed that you get a fabulous vacation soon!

  3. Best wishes on that Hawaii wish.

The first thing that I remember winning was a book, too. It was the Bible, a white one. :)

    Have a blessed weekend!

  4. Books sound like a great prize. We love to read. We have more books than we know what to do with. Thankfully, most are ebooks.

  5. Books are great things to win...not that I know from personal experience. :(

  6. A book is a great thing to win! :) I finally got to Hawaii last year - am hoping to go again, especially since I found out my cousin lives there, and I'd love to see her again (without it being another 20 years...heh!!)

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
