Friendly Fill-Ins - September 1st

This meme is hosted by Ann at McGuffy's Reader and Ellen at 15andmeowing. Each week they will post four fill-in statements.

Here are my answers to this weeks statements...

Week 69: September 1, 2017

1. My favorite fictional character is Joe Grey (Read my answer to #3 to learn more).

2. A new tv show or film I am looking forward to this Fall is The Good Doctor. It stars Freddie Highmore who was Norman Bates in The Bates Motel. I thought he was great in that show.

3. One of my very favourite books is Cat on the Edge by Shirley Rousseau Murphy. It's the first book in the Joe Grey Mystery series. BTW, Joe Grey is a cat :) I first started this series before anyone ever called a mystery a "cozy". It was my introduction into books like this. In this series, Joe Grey actually talks and one of my favorite lines is when he phones his human and says "This is Joe Grey. Your cat." Well, okay you have to read it for yourself :) This is a long running series that I never got around to finishing but I will :)

4. The best time to read is late at night when everyone else is asleep and there are no interruptions.

  1. Thank you for participating, great answers. I am looking forward to The Good Doctor too. And I agree, the best time to do anything requiring concentration is when everyone else is asleep. Have a nice weekend!

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
