The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Weekend!
Saturday was so lovely here. The sun was shining and the temps went as high as 70. But...according to the forecasters...what a difference a day makes. Today it's supposed to drop to 40 degrees with rain. I'm so looking forward to getting to summer already. Spring isn't cutting it for me this year.
I've been busy with blog tours this week. Next week not so much. I still have a couple coming up in the next few weeks, but mainly I'm trying to catch up on my review books and maybe even get to books in my never-ending TBR on my e-reader.
I'm also trying to catch up on my TV, but I've become hooked on the new Netflix series Lost in Space. It's a remake of the original TV series. It's surprisingly very well done. I'm already halfway through the first season and I hope there will be a second season.
So, what have you been up to this week? Read anything good? See any good movies or TV shows? Hope you all have a great week!
Yvonne

We are having the same 40 degree rainy weather, and it's miserable. We are tired of being cooped up.
ReplyDeleteLove the look of The Girl I Used to Be...and I've been watching a Netflix series called Life Unexpected, in which a girl who grew up in foster care finds her birth parents when she is a teenager.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
It’s probably good that I don’t have Netflix. I’d get addicted and never get any reading done. I hope you have a great week and enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
We had really amazing weather as well. I wore sandals today. I feel like I can enjoy this kind of spring :D
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that Lost in Space is good. We saw it last night on Netflix and watched the whole trailer for it, but decided on a show that we are currently in the middle of instead. I will have to go back and add it to our list.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is really crazy. I will be so happy when summer arrives. LOL Now you have me curious about Lost in Space. I will check it out. Have a lovely week!
ReplyDeleteBookmarked for Death looks good. This weather sure is strange, we had in the 60's yesterday and then 38 last night.
ReplyDeleteI just wrote my review for sequel to City of Gold. Now I'm reading the first book. Kind of out of sequence but I'm known for that. LOL Very nice list of books. We had the rains yesterday and around 60 and windy today. Should be back to high 70s by mid week and I can't wait.
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
I got Spooky Business too! I couldn't resist. Glad to hear Lost in Space is good. I plan on watching it eventually. We watched a few movies. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteWe having heavy rain but it is not helping with the daytime heat unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteNice books especially those cozies.
An interesting selection of books. Have a great week. This is what I'm up to: http://norwayellesea.blogspot.no/2018/04/its-monday-what-are-you-reading.html
ReplyDeleteI envy your weather. We haven't hit 50 since last October and we are being buried in snow. You have a nice assortment of books there too. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteMmm I know the weather is going up and down in so many places at the moment. Seesaw weather I do believe! I think Bookmarked in Death on audio should be a pleasure listen.
ReplyDeleteOh I didn't know Netflix was doing a remake of Lost in Space. Fun!! I'm writing down some of those cozies.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for the latest Lorna Barrett book to come out. Come see what I'm reading.
ReplyDeleteWe had that 30 degree drop too. No fun. So glad you are enjoying Lost In Space. I want to watch it.
ReplyDeleteBeing in Australia we are in fall and temps and weather is quite temperamental, we have days when it seems like the peak of summer and other days are quite cool.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny you mentioned your ever-growing TBR pile in your ebook reader. I've been going through my 1000+ books transferring it to Kindle so I can start reading them!

I've been really curious about the Lost in Space series. It does look really good though I never watched the original series. We're having crazy weather here too though thankfully no snow! Have a great week!
