My Review
Izzy Harper and her golden retriever, Noodle are having a nice tea with the local inspector, Victoria Hendricks, at the Matcha Bar. Victoria is ready to serve a closure notice to the bar’s owners, but instead she suddenly dies.
Izzy, along with Noodle, search for a killer. Noodle is quick to find the clues, but Izzy is the one in danger.
This is a bite-sized, light-hearted cozy mystery. It’s fun, unique and has a dog! I’m usually a cat person, but Noodle won me over.
It’s the first book in the series which features a likeable cast of characters. It’s a quick read and a great way to spend an afternoon. I’m looking forward to reading more books in this series and another visit to Windmere Cove.
I received a free e-book copy of this book from the author. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.
