Sunday/Monday Posts - December 4th and 5th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Sunday!

Hard to believe but it's already December.  The last month of the year.  This has been a crazy time for me, as I'm sure it's been for everyone else too.  I haven't been blogging as much as I used to, but I'm hoping things will start dying down and I'll be more active in the weekly book memes.  Right now, they've been kind of hit and miss.  I, also, need to get around to commenting more and I'll be doing that too.

Reading has been kind of slow going too.  The slowness isn't because of the books, it's due to me having little time to read.  Hopefully that will ease up and I can read more.

I'm very slowly catching up on TV shows, but even that's slow-going these days.  My favorite show these days is This Is Us.  What a good show.

So, what have you all been up to?  Anything new?  Read anything good?  Watch anything good?  Hope you all have a great week!

Yvonne

  2. I hope to start the Tracy Weber series soon. We've been watching Luke Cage on Netflix. Almost done with it. I'm liking it more than I thought I would.

  3. Lots of pretty cozies! Thanks for sharing.

I, too, LOVE This Is Us...Justin Hartley, who plays the adult Kevin, was on Young & the Restless, so when he left (and they killed off the character), we were sad. Until we could enjoy him again on this show.

We're coming up on the winter finale, though, which is frustrating. The little "seasons" are so short!

Enjoy your week, and thanks for visiting my blog.

  4. It's bizarre how the end of the year crept up on us like this! I have no idea what I even did in October and November. o_o I have not read anything by Jill Shalvis, but I have Sweet Little Lies! I need to read that one. I hope you enjoy all of your new books!

    Have a fabulous week. :)

    Check out my STS post!

  5. I see a bit of a library theme in your books for next week. I'm looking forward to seeing what you think of Twelve Angry Librarians, One Good Eclair, Literally Murder and Telling Tales. I hope you have a lovely week Yvonne.

  9. I've got peete and repeat. Keep forgetting it. My goal next year is to take in less review books and get to my own. Sure don't have a shortage of those. LOL
