Here are my answers to this week's fill ins...


1. Years ago, I had a cat named Socrates.  As you might guess, this blog is named after him.  I just thought I'd post this for anyone wondering about the name of my blog.  😀



2. I used to want a pool, but now I don't.  I'm very happy going to our community pool and/or beach.  I don't need or want the responsibility of my own pool anymore.

3. I have just recently become interested in watching The Twilight Zone.  I always watched this each year when the SY FY channel aired a Twilight Zone marathon every New Year's Eve.  Now we've extended it to all year round.  Every day my DVR finds several episodes to watch.  After years of watching the marathons, I'm really surprised to discover new episodes that I haven't seen yet.  Or maybe I just don't remember them.  That could be.  

4. I wouldn't be where I am today without my kitties.  They always bring me so much happiness.

    I minored in Philosophy in college so I LOVE that you had a kitty named Socrates! I also never knew the blog was named after him, thanks for sharing!!!

    Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! Aw, Socrates was such a handsome boy! I always wondered where your blog name came from, and I love the story behind it. I also really enjoy The Twilight Zone. I used to watch marathons of it as a kid with my dad. We still watch it occasionally. And I completely agree that our kitties bring so much joy to our lives and can be such an inspiration. Have a wonderful weekend!

    Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I did not know about Socrates, he was a cutie. I just figured you liked Philosophy. :)
    The Twilight Zone is a good show- my favorite is the one with the little man on the wing of the plane that starred Shatner. Have a nice weekend. XO
