My Review
This novella introduces readers to Tracey Drew’s cozy mystery series, Knitty Kitty. It’s told from the point of view of the cats - a brother and sister team named Pearl and Kit. They live with their human in a yarn shop in Cape Discovery, New Zealand.
Kit and Pearl discover dead human bones under a local butcher shop. They are desperate to lead their human mother to the evidence so they can find the killer. It’s not easy since their mother is a senior citizen who doesn’t speak feline.
These two kitties brought such a smile to my face as I read about their antics. They are so funny and sweet. I received this novella free through the author’s newsletter and I’m so glad I did. I already purchased the first full length book of the series and this was the perfect way to meet all the characters.
I’m excited to read more in this unique, charming cozy mystery series.
