Book Beginnings on Fridays/The Friday 56 - August 26th

This is a fun meme to do hosted by Freda's Voice. If you'd like to join on the fun go to The Friday 56.

*Grab a book, any book.
*Turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader.
*Find any sentence that grabs you.
*Post it.
*Link it here.

It's that simple.

I'm also joining in Book Beginnings on Friday. It's hosted by Rose City Reader

This is the next one is the cruise cozy mystery series I've been reading.  This looks good too.

First Chapter

Adrianne Chrisander reread the email that had just hit her Inbox and resisted the urge to yell Yeah!

From 56% on my e-reader...

"What do you think they are, pirates or smugglers?" asked Keith.

What do you think?  What are you sharing today?

  1. My money is on smugglers. But that's just a gut reaction.

  2. Cruises are such a thing for me! I'd love to go on one and yet I don't think it is really something for me to be stuck on a boat with strangers xD I hope you enjoy this one as much as the rest of the series! Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a lovely weekend :)

    Have a great weekend!

  5. Sounds interesting, I hope you enjoy! Have a great weekend!

  6. I'd love to be on a cruise right about now but my hubby gets seasick, so it is not happenin'. Wouldn't know what to think about the email message. My quotes come from LESSONS IN CHEMISTRY

  7. That 56 has me intrigued! Neither sounds good.

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
