The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
It's been a quiet week here. Nothing exciting is going on and I don't mind that. It means nothing bad is happening. The weather is always hot and humid here. A little rain, but nothing much.
I didn't complete any books this week. I'm almost finished with The Banned Books Club. It's good although not really what I was expecting. Hopefully I'll finish soon and have a review posted later in the week.
I continue to binge watch The Ark and Dallas. I'm enjoying those shows. Dallas is a re-watch for me, but I'm still enjoying it.
I'm hoping to catch up with my reading and make a dent in my September TBR.
How has your week been? I hope it's been a good one and the upcoming week is good too!

It's pretty much always hot and humid here, too. But a cool front came in yesterday, and, oh my, it's lovely.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing your thoughts about The Banned Book Club.
We like The Ark, but I have never seen Dallas. :) XO
ReplyDeleteQuiet weeks are good weeks! I hope you have a great rest of your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI'm also looking forward to We Solve Murders which is coming up soon on my list. Our weather has been lovely, not as hot or humid. I am hopeful for quiet days since we just don't seem to have quiet weeks.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
A quiet week is nice. Love You a Latke looks like a fun read!
ReplyDeleteIt was cooler here this week, but should warm up again this week. Weather is often weird this time of year in New England.
ReplyDeleteMurder on the Page caught my eye this week. Hope you enjoy your books.

ReplyDeleteQuiet weeks are good weeks where I am concerned. Good luck getting to you September books. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteYes to quiet weeks, we don't always appreciate them but they are wonderful. Hope your reading goes well this week.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to listen to We Solve Murders! I've listened to all the Thursday Murder Club books on audio.
ReplyDeleteQuiet weeks are nice!
Sometimes things just get slow.
ReplyDeleteIt got fast here, though, the granddaughter was born and we're all still trying to catch up!
Quiet weeks are nice and very much needed sometime. I'm curious about The Banned Book Club. It's on my TBR and I'm looking forward to seeing your thoughts on it. I hope you're having a great week!
