Happy Sunday, Everyone!
This week I've still been reading "The Host" by Stephenie Meyer and really loving it. Now, I see why she has so many fans. I do have three of her books from her YA vampire series, which I will eventually read. I do have to say, "The Host" has made me not want to log onto the computer as much this week - which is a shocker for me! I've just wanted to read. I've begun to care about all these characters and want to see what happens to them. I guess that says alot right there.
I have no idea what I will read next. It will probably be a Harlequin/Silhouette or a cozy mystery. I need something short and light after this one :)
I was supposed to see The X-Files movie this week, but it's no longer in any of the movie theaters near here. I'm really surprised about that. It was only released in July and now a month later it's out of the theater? Oh well, I guess that means the DVD will be out soon.
I hope you all have a great week. Happy Reading!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

It's always a good sign when a book can keep you off the computer. :-) I was hoping to catch The X-Files in the theater too, but no such luck. DVD it is. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI too am reading a lot of YA stuff belonging to my niece.
ReplyDeleteDo check out my Sunday Salon posts :D
SS 1: Review of The Dark Child
SS 2: Musings about books
Doesn't that seem to be a bit quick? I thought movies lasted longer in the theater.
