The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Weekend! Happy Valentine's Day!
Another busy week. I didn't read as much as I'd hoped to, but my blog has been hopping with tours. I've been much better at cutting back, but it's not always easy - there are so many good books out there :) I've been trying to stay away from NetGalley, too, but that's even harder. LOL
I've been listening to Alec Baldwin's book and it's surprisingly good. I only listen in the car when I'm commuting to work and it gets my mind off things. It helps me to unwind.
As for my TV shows, I'm catching up. It's kind of easy since many shows will be off for the next couple of weeks. That means more reading time for me, I hope :) I'll also be binge watching on Netflix. I'm going to try the show Altered Carbon. It looks good.
I don't have anything special planned for Valentine's Day, but I hope everyone has a great day and a great week! Enjoy your books, movies and TV shows!
Yvonne

ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
I hope you like Altered Carbon! I'm five episodes in and taking a bit of a break, but I going to go back.
ReplyDeleteAlec Baldwin 's looks good and I like the look of french Girl too, looks like that could be a fun thriller.
I've actually managed to pretty much stay away off NetGalley this week :D didn't haul anything at all! :D
ReplyDeleteNetGalley is my candyshop. (Well, that and Edelweiss.) I try to stay away, but I usually fail! I ended up with two new books this week, one from NG and one from Edelweiss.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your new books and your upcoming tours!
Happy V day ! :D
ReplyDeleteGot me curious about Alec Baldwin's. I usually like to listen to the audiobooks by celebrities too. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteI noticed some of my shows won't be back until March, but then March Madness will interfere with some too. I only go on to Netgalley an type book I want in search bar and if it's not there I back out!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that Alec Baldwin had a book coming out. I might check it out!

So many tempting books! I am definitely curious about The French Girl.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week...and thanks for visiting my blog.
It is easy to request lots of books on NetGalley. I try to restrain myself too. The Olympics will keep me watching.
ReplyDeleteI've got quite a few of these myself. Altered Carbon does look good. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteYour selection of books both present and in the future are so varied. Must be making for interesting reads.
ReplyDeleteThose cozies have been tempting me on NetGalley! Especially The Uninvited Corpse. I'm about to start The French Girl and am really looking forward to it. I've been cozy heavy lately so I'm looking forward to mixing a thriller in. Hope you're having a great week!
