The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
I hope everyone had a good week. Not much going on here. I've just been going for physical therapy for my arm. Nothing very exciting. It's cooler than normal here in Florida, but I know others are having it so much worse. I hope everyone is staying warm and doing well.
I finished two books this week. I, also, caught up with a couple of TV shows, Chicago Fire, PD, Med and the new Dexter. I found another new show that I've been liking called The Pitt with Noah Wylie. It's a medical drama.
Other than that, it's the usual stuff here. I hope you all have a great week! Stay warm!
I think Let's Call Her Barbie is historical fiction. I am curious how it is going.
ReplyDeleteI've heard some good things about The Pitt, that it is similar to the old ER show. Enjoy!
Yes, it's historical fiction. Only one of the main characters is fictional though. The rest are based on actual people and events that happened. It's interesting. I'm halfway through.
DeleteI hope you enjoy all your books, they are all new to me.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I hope you have a great week!
DeleteSince my daughter and I just finished binging ER, I keep forgetting Wylie isn’t Carter in The Pitt.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy reading week
Oh, I know what you mean. ER was one of my favorites back in the day. I keep thinking of him as Carter, too.
DeleteHope the physical therapy is going well.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and happy reading!

Week in Review
Thank you. It's going well, so far. I hope you have a great week too!
DeleteQuickstep to Murder looks like lots of fun - and the Noah Wiley show brings back memories of ER:)).
ReplyDeleteI've had Quickstep to Murder on my TBR forever. It really does look good. I used to love ER. What a great show.
DeleteI still need to try that Chicago Fire show. We are just finishing Madam Secretary and I'd like to revisit the Longmire series too.
ReplyDeleteNice book haul :-)
I watched Madam Secretary when it originally aired. I really enjoyed it. Longmire is another favorite of mine.
DeleteI like the look of your books, and when I was scrolling on online, I noticed The Pitt. May have to check that out!
ReplyDeleteThe Pitt is surprisingly good. I do love medical shows.
DeletePT can be so helpful. It's been 10 years since I watched Chicago shows. I liked them back then. I read more than tv now. It's warming up this week, more to normal.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
I'm trying to do more reading than TV. I still tend to go back to my regular shows, though. Have a great week!
DeleteSo many good looking books there!
ReplyDeleteI hope that the physio therapy is helping your arm.
Have a good week.
