The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had a great week. Mine was quiet. It's still hot and humid here, but we got some rain thrown in. I've been hearing reports about a tropical storm in the next couple of days. We'll see if that actually happens. Hopefully not.
I finished one book this week. I'm not really sure why I didn't read more. Time seems to fly and I have no idea where it all goes. Survivor started this week and I watched that. I still love the show. Although it does take me some time to get to know all the contestants.
Not much else going on around here. Same old, same old. I hope you all have a great week.
Sometimes it feels like a day lasts about ten minutes! I do not know why everything has sped up suddenly.
ReplyDeleteI hope the tropical storm dissipates.
Happy reading this week! Hopefully the storm doesn't happen.
ReplyDeleteThe weeks just fly right on by it seems like these days, I mean I can't believe it's almost October, where the heck did September go?!
ReplyDeleteGlad it's been a quiet week for you - is it normal to still be having hot and humid weather at this time of year? The days are getting ever shorter and the temperatures are steadily dropping, particularly at night. Have a great week, Yvonne.
ReplyDeleteIt's been pretty humid here lately, but I'm hoping that changes as October begins. I hope the storm doesn't affect your area too badly. I know what you mean about not knowing where the time goes. Make the most of this upcoming week! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope the storm misses you. It been hot here too. Ugh. Lots of good books you are looking to read over the next could of months!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good week!
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of nice books upcoming! I hope you have a good week!
ReplyDeleteIt was muggy here too and I think it's maybe the tropical storms starting to go. I hope it misses both of us.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
I was just saying the same thing, I don't know where the days go and there's never enough time.
ReplyDeleteI'm currently reading Witches of Dubious Origins and loving it. Hopefully you have more time to read this week!
Simply Angela
Happy reading! I don't know where the time goes either. I hope the storm dissipates!
ReplyDeleteQuiet weeks can be a blessing, sometimes so much happens it's a blur.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are spared from the storm. XO
ReplyDeleteI know that feeling about thinking back on weeks/months and wondering what I did to fill my time. I seem to be able to really twitter away doing little to nothing. Ha!
ReplyDeleteI hope the storm passes you by!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a week of good weather and good books
