Sunday Salon - My Belated June Wrap Up!

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, just click the button above.

I'm a little late, but these are the books I read in July - just click on the titles if you'd like to read my reviews of them. I don't think I reviewed The Rebel, though.

Touchdowns & Potions by Markee Anderson
Silver Girl by Elin Hilderbrand
Foxy's Tale by LB Gschwandtner and Karen Cantwell
The Rebel by Julianne Maclean
Dead Reckoning by Charlaine Harris (audio)
Wanna Get Lucky? by Deborah Coonts
Always on Sunday by Michael Harris

A total of 7 books. That's pretty average for me.

Dead Reckoning helps me to complete the Sookie Stackhouse Reading Challenge.

Speaking of challenges, My James Patterson and Alex Cross reading challenges will be ending on August 15th. I probably won't be completing the Cross one, but I might still complete the Patterson one. I won't be hosting them next year though. I just have too much on my plate right now.

I've been taking a bit of inventory of the other reading challenges that I host. They don't end until December 31st, but I wanted to see which ones I'll still host. I'm going to once again host Cruisin' thru the Cozies and What an Animal reading challenges. I love both of those, but I'm not sure I will host the Harlequin/ Silhouette Reading Challenge. I don't read as many of those as I used to and this will be the second year that I don't complete it.

Of course I will continue to join challenges :) I can say I won't, but I always seem to join too many anyway. LOL

I hope you are all enjoying your summer and have a great week!

  1. Ha-Ha, I always love your cat photos.

I join a lot of challenges each year, too, saying I won't do as many. And then something comes along that appeals to me....

I like them, even if I don't finish them; they offer opportunities to try books I might not have read.

I really want to read the Sookie Stackhouse series...I've heard so much about these books.

Silver Girl is on my wish list. Love Elin Hilderbrand.

    Here's MY SUNDAY SALON POST

  2. Yvonne, kudos to you for all your reading challenges. I've had to cut back--drastically. Enjoy your Sunday.

  3. I've been so bad this year about keeping track of the challenges that I'm participating in and those I'm hosting. It's just been too busy.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
