Awww Mondays

This is a flashback photo for me.  I think the story is even more Aww worthy than the pic.  I hope you do too.

The gray cat is Trudy and the black and white one is Cookie.  We lost both of them to cancer last year.  One in March and the other in November. Both were shockers to us.  

Anyway, this photo was taken years ago when we brought both of them to the vet for a wellness visit.  We took Cookie out of her carrier first.  Then, when we took Trudy out of her carrier, she raced to Cookie's side as if protecting her.  Trudy loved Cookie and I loved both of them so much.  

I guess this is a story you have to see first hand, but trust me, it was Awww worthy seeing them cuddle together.

    That is so very sweet, they protected each other from that bad old Vet - awww and double-awww!
