The Weekend Review - December 25th-27th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.

Hi Everyone!

Merry Christmas to all those who are celebrating this weekend!  I hope you are all enjoying the holidays doing whatever you have planned.  It's a quiet time here.  The Omicron variant is running rampant so we are sticking close to home even though we've both been vaccinated and boostered.  Better safe than sorry.

I seem to be ending the year with quite a bit of reading.  I finished three books this week and I completed my Goodreads goal of reading 100 books.  I, also, completed the Alphabet Soup Reading Challenge.  I'm really happy about that since I participate in it every year and never complete it.  This turned out to be a much better reading year for me than 2020, but I'm sure there are many of you that feel the same way.

As for what I'm watching. just some Hallmark movies.  Not many though.  I've been reading more instead.

I hope you all have a great week!  Stay safe!

  13. I know. Omicron hasn't hit here yet in NZ, but I kind of have one foot turned towards my door to take refuge. Hope your reading has continued to go well.

All your books look great. Dachshund Through the

  15. We stayed close to home as well and only saw some close family. Congrats on hitting your goal! I didn't read any book with a z in the title but 25 out of 26 isn't too bad! Have a great week!
