The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
It's time to say goodbye to 2024 with the last Sunday post of the year. It went extremely fast for me. I doubt we'll be doing anything special for New Year's Eve. We'll probably just go out to dinner earlier in the evening and then watch the ball drop at midnight on TV.
I managed to finish two books this week. I didn't finish my Goodreads goal, but I'm hoping for a better year next year. The last two years I've been dealing with health issues that threw my reading off. So maybe 2025 will be better. We shall see.
Nothing else has been happening over here. I hope you all have a great New Year's and I hope 2025 is a happy and healthy one for all.
Lots of books to look forward to. Hey, have a wonderful new year.
ReplyDeleteStaying in this new year's eve sounds good to us too. We have the sparkling non alcoholic cider ready! Have a happy new year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Yvonne! Wishing you a very happy and healthy 2025!
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
I hope your health improves and you get better soon. There’s a lot of good books on here. I’ll wait for your reviews to see if I want to read them.
ReplyDeleteI have no plans for New Year either. I'll probably spend it trying to hit my Goodreads goal. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a good week of reading, and a happy and healthier new year!
ReplyDeleteWow, you have a lot of books on your January slate! They all look good, but I love this title: Mai Tai Murder Cruise. :D

ReplyDeleteWe never like to go out on New Year's Eve. It's too crazy!
ReplyDeleteI hope 2025 is a better year for you.
Hoping you have a better health year in 2025. I didn't reach my goodreads goal either. It would probably help if I did a better job of tracking my books. This year I'm switching over to Storygraph for tracking my reading. We shall see how that goes.
ReplyDeleteWishing you, your hubby and kitties a Happy new Year! XO
ReplyDeleteHope 2025 will be a better health and reading year for you. I know when we are unwell reading is a harder slog. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteLots of great looking books this week, Yvonne. Praying 2025 brings good health and happiness to you. Enjoy your reading week.
