The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Weekend!
I really can't believe we are the end of January and heading into February. It's crazy, but true :) The weather keeps fluctuating from freezing to warm. At least we haven't had any snow. So, that's a good thing, although they are saying some for next week. We'll see.
My reading has still been slow-going, but the ones I've been reading have been really good. I also have a nice line up for the next couple of months. I seem to be going between cozy mysteries and romances.
I've been keeping up with all my shows. This Is Us has been my favorite lately. Such good storylines and actors. I've also been binging on Black Mirror on Netflix. It's good...a little weird, though. Each episode is different with different characters and stories. It's a science fiction type anthology. I'm up to season 3.
It's been a quiet winter, so far. That's a good thing. Hope you are all having a great week!
Yvonne

I'm waiting for season 2 of This Is Us to end so that I can binge watch it because I'm seriously impatient about waiting for a new episode. I also have to prepare myself to cry because I know I will cry.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful week!

ReplyDeleteI too am Loving This is Us...excited and a bit apprehensive about the episode after the Super Bowl.
ReplyDeleteI finished Cowboy Seal Homecoming last week. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to the next book in the series.
I am just getting back into the swing of things after being sick since new years.

The Broken Girls is on my stack too. I've been reading more cozies than usual lately and loving them. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteSmiling at the title of Survival of the Fritters, another clever one. I need to add a few more cozies into my reading diet.
ReplyDeleteI've seen bits and pieces of Black Mirror but not the whole thing. Come see what I'm reading.
ReplyDeleteThe weather here has been strange, too. It was warm enough that I went running today, but there was ice in all the shady places. Have a great week, and enjoy your books!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
