Synopsis from Goodreads:

There were 2? How could that be?

Dive into this intriguing cozy mystery aboard The Liberty Voyager and find out

Nancy and Thomas boarded the cruise ship, The Liberty Voyager, and Nancy couldn't shake off a peculiar feeling. The memories of her last adventure on this very ship, where she unexpectedly turned into a sleuth, lingered in her mind, painting both nostalgia and anxiety in her heart.

Also on board was a Championship winning Ice Hockey Team. Here for a well deserved break, and also some promotion and fundraising. But all was not smooth sailing among the team mates.

When the captain and star of the team was found face down in the swimming pool, fingers were pointing, and all were suspect.

But who was it really?????

My Review

Although Nancy and Thomas remember their last cruise turned into a real-life murder mystery, they are ready to take the plunge on another cruise aboard The Liberty Voyager.  Nancy’s hope that she won’t turn into an amateur sleuth again are dashed when she once again finds a dead body.  This time it’s the star of a hockey team and his fellow teammates are all onboard.

Nancy enlists the help of her friend and crew member, Millie, to solve this case.  They have their hands full when they discover the victim had quite a few enemies on the ship.  Anyone could have killed him, but they are determined to find out who really did the deed.

This is the second book in the series and I’m really enjoying these quick reads.  There is never a dull moment aboard this cruise ship.  Nancy and Millie make a great sleuthing team, while Nancy’s husband enjoys the vacation.  It’s a relaxing series to spend a few hours laughing and playing sleuth with the women.
