The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.
Hi Everyone!
The weather in Florida doesn't change much so it's still hot and humid here. I do all of my reading inside these days.
I finished two books this week. Both were good. I'm really not doing much as far as watching TV or movies. I've only been watching baseball and my soaps. I really should be reading more. I think I tend to get too caught up doing computer things.
Nothing new to really report from here. It was a quiet week (despite the July 4th fireworks - even the kitties didn't seem to mind it this year) and we're all doing well here.
I hope everyone has a great week!
Thanks for the heads up on the Music City Murders collection. I just snagged it for free as well.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a book list! I'm not familiar with any of your titles.
ReplyDeletebest... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Your book haul looks great!
ReplyDeleteOh I enjoyed Castle Deadly Castle Deep, though Dash annoyed me a bit...lol. I also enjoyed The Tuesday Night Survivor's Club I see on your list to read. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and happy reading!

Week in Review
I loved The Littlest Library, and highly recommend it. That Veronica Bond series looks good. And a blogging friend who read the new Lynn Cahoon series starter said she enjoyed it. Have a great reading week!
ReplyDeleteThat Bond series looks really fun. And it's been hot here too- although I'll wager not as hot as there haha! Our AC went out this week but luckily it was a quick fix.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is good.
Shifting and Shenanigans was a lot of fun!! I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did. It's a quick read, so start with it. (Winky face).
ReplyDeleteHave a good week Yvonne. PS: It's dreadfully cold here with us and we have some rain, let's hope it falls for a few days.....

I'm pushing for you to read and share your thoughts on The Littlest Library next. I'm very curious about it.
ReplyDeleteIt's so hot here, too. The front porch, though shady, is uncomfortable for most of the day.
Your current read looks great! Shifting and Shenanigans looks very promising! So does The Littlest Library. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteSummers are tough in Florida! Glad you have so many great books to keep you buy inside.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice selection of books. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a nice week and the kitties weren''t afraid of the fireworks. XO
ReplyDeleteThere is something to be said for quiet weeks with lots of reading. Have a great one! - Melinda @ A Web of Stories
ReplyDeleteWell two books is good and as long as you are enjoying being online its fine but I do know time can slip away there!
ReplyDeleteYou have some tempting titles.
ReplyDeleteCalifornia's Central Valley is pretty hot, too, and lately I haven't gone on the patio much...very early, with one cup of coffee seems to be my limit.
Enjoy your week!
I'm inside a lot too. Right now, it's raining buckets. I'm just watching baseball but, even so, I'm reading less than normal. Too many computer games I think. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to The Littlest Library. It's just hot here.
ReplyDeleteI understand what you mean about getting too caught up with computer things. I'm the same way. I wonder where all my time has gone at the end of each day and then I realize that I've been blogging, commenting, or surfing the Internet for hours upon hours. Oh well, I guess.
