I'm participating in the Book Giveaway Carnival, which is being hosted by Tracy at Book Room Reviews.
I'm giving away a copy of In The Land of Invisible Women by Qanta A. Ahmed, MD. I read this book a few months back and my review is posted on my blog here.
If you'd like to win, here are the rules...
1. Due to the cost of shipping, I have to limit entrants to the US and Canada only.
2. Comment in this section telling me why you'd like to win.
3. For an extra entry, follow my blog (current followers count too!)
4. All comments must have an email address in them so that I can contact you if you win. If there is no email address, you will not be entered into the contest.
5. The contest ends on March 8th. The winner will be announced sometime on March 9th.

I recently listened (audiobook) to a story about this type of thing in Turkey... and I am really curious about these cultural differences. I think they really do affect all of it in one way or another ~~ and since I am a successful woman it makes me so much happier I do not live in that type of culture.
