It's that simple.

This week I'm reading...

From page 56 of the book...

Holding my cat because I was afraid he might make a slow jog for the door, I checked the outside plug. That was the problem.

Someone had deliberately not only cut my power cord but chopped it into pieces.

  1. Well, that's an unfriendly action but not very subtle either. I wonder what's going on? And I'd hold tight to the cat too. :D

  2. Uh oh...where there's smoke, there's fire...

    My Friday post:

  3. That cover looks like a lot of fun!

    Check out my 56.

  4. This sounds like a good cozy!

  5. Definitely does not sound like a good sign! Sounds like a great cozy.

  6. I'm curious to know what's happening!

  7. I love the idea of food truck mysteries! Sounds like whoever cut the power cord and chopped it up is definitely angry. I'm curious about what's going on. Now I'm trying to envision a cat doing a "slow jog."
My Friday post features FINDING SOUTHERN COMFORT.

  8. Oh, oh. Sounds like she could be in danger. The cover looks fun - and I do love food trucks.

  9. I love a good culinary mystery and this one does sound good!
    Happy weekend!

  10. Oh, that does not sound like a good thing...and that cover is so intriguing. There is a lot going on! Enjoy!
