Don’t we all have that feeling of being overwhelmed with things to do and not enough time to do them? I think most of us have had this feeling. I know I do all the time. Darlene Josaphe shows us how to handle this.

First, we have to understand that just because we can’t see time, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t add to our stress. In fact, time is one of the main causes of stress. The author teaches us how to use “to do” lists (which I already live by) and helps us to understand what we need to do to relieve the stressful pressures we feel on a daily basis.

This is a short read, but it is filled with quite a bit of valuable information. I truly believe if we could manage our time better, many of us would feel the weight of the world lifted from their shoulders. It’s a concise book that readers will benefit from, if they apply the author’s techniques to their own lives.
