His brain clamored for java as insistently as his body clamored for sex. He didn't expect either craving to be satisfied this morning. A terrible shame.

    It definitely doesn't sound like the narrator is having a good day! I like the sound of the excerpt. He sounds like he has a little bit of a sense of humor. Hope you're enjoying this one!
